He is the Founder and CEO at Millerhill Advisors where he oversees wealth planning and management for UHNW families in India, Africa, and GCC. His focus is to create and manage governance structures for ensuring smooth and professional ongoing management of family wealth. As well as creation and management of succession and inheritance plans. Prior to that he was Senior General Manager and Global Head of Private Banking at ICICI Bank and Head of Private Banking (Indian customer segment) for Asia Pacific at Societe Generale.

Jarrod functions best as part of a multi-disciplinary, cross-functional team and enjoys coming up with and delivering novel solutions to complex real-world issues he is deeply passionate about. Economic inclusion, food supply sustainability, renewable energy and youth empowerment are all global issues close to his heart.
In line with these passions, Jarrod co-founded Tembusu Systems, an ACCESS founding member company that built Singapore’s first Bitcoin vending machine and pioneered TRUST, a distributed ledger solution system inspired by and that builds upon the innovations pioneered by cryptocurrency technologies. He was also the Founding Secretary-General of ACCESS and presently still continues to serve on the board. He also recently co-founded the Mini-Telco Initiative, a de-centralised telecommunications project powered by blockchain technologies aimed at serving the underserved market segment in emerging economies.
Due to his depth and breadth of experience as a serial entrepreneur and organisation builder, he is a regionally sought after speaker, trainer and consultant. He graduated from the University of Queensland, Australia with a Bachelor of Science and double majors in Biomedical Science and Microbiology. He was also notably tasked with managing the Online Communications Desk of a Presidential Candidate during the 2011 Singapore Presidential Elections.

In VimpelCom/Veon Irina has formed M&A strategy and implemented international expansion of the company to South-East Asia and CIS. For Sberbank Irina has managed M&A and business development projects and strategic partnerships. In RDIF she has been involved in private equity investments and leaded automatic co-investment platforms of the fund with the Arabian investors. She has obtained extensive experience in logistics and infrastructure greenfield and brownfield projects within Summa Group.
